&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Jamie’s Italian do not take reservations or bookings over the phone. You have to physically be there and wait in a queue almost as long as a theme park entrance around the opening time. So yes, you may be wondering it’s expected for a  famous chef’s restaurant to have a long waiting time. Please bare in mind we were told that best time to get there (to make a  reservation) is around 6pm - 6:30pm. We were there around 6:15pm and the line was slowly increasing. The reservation process is simple. Provide your name and your number and the friendly staff will notify you when your table is ready. Now the hard part is waiting for your table. It is expected that the waiting time is around 45mins - 1 hour. It was our first time dining there so we had nothing prepared to do.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;You could sit in the bar area and wait for your table but by 6:15pm the waiting table area were already full! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Thank god for smart phones, we searched for near by parks. On the way to the desired park, we walked past Maccas! You could imagine our stomachs were grumbling so we dropped by Maccas and got frozen cokes. After ordering, drinking and enjoying the free aircon at Maccas we received a phone call from an unknown or blocked number. “Hi Matt, your table is ready”. Filled with excitement we power walked back to Jamie’s and could not wait to be seated!. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;This is where the fun begins. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;Once seated, we were introduced to our waiter for the evening. All I was thinking at that moment was GIVE ME THE MENU ALREADY! I was starving and excited. Once the menu was provided, I dozed into my own little world. I picture myself gobbling down every entree that was listed. Anyway, please enjoy indulging with your eyes as much as we did demolishing them in our mouths. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator"&gt;Above is Jamie Italian’s Bar Snack selection: Italian Nachos $7. What makes it Italian you ask? I asked myself the exact same question. Aren’t Nacho’s all the same? Boy, you’re in for a surprise. Jamie’s Italian Nachos are crispy fried four-cheese ravioli with spicy arrabiata sauce. Completely different to what I had in mind. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Next up we have a complimentary (yes for free) different types of bread with a blend of olive oil and vinegar dip. At this moment, I thought yep. I’m satisfied. I love free stuff!  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div class="separator"&gt;I ordered a large Mussel  Linguine $23. I should have taken a picture before I removed the shells because the dish looked so much better when served. I didn’t enjoy this dish as much purely because of the Linguine. Maybe it’s because I’ve never tried hand made pasta but it was tough to chew. But the flavour and mussel of this dish was delicious! &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div class="separator"&gt;Are you convinced to dine here yet? If not, the images below would. But before we go there, I would like to say this is by far the best chips I’ve ever tasted in my life. It’s Jamie’s “Funky Chips” $5.90. Quite frankly,  it is pretty funky! The fresh parsley and garlic is so nice - it feels like you’re eating a crunchy version of a garlic bread! &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator"&gt;Did anyone say chocolate? I’m sure 99% of Australians love chocolate. Unfortunately I’m the 1% who doesn’t. I love white chocolate don’t get me wrong, I just don’t like milk &amp; dark chocolate. Now that you know my thoughts on chocolate, please meet the Ultimate Brownie $8.50. Chocolate, raspberry &amp; amaretto brownie served with vanilla ice cream is the Ultimate Brownie. My partner, Matt was recommended to try this by his friend. I tried the vanilla icecream ofcourse (I always love icecream) and it was so aromatic you could almost imagine yourself in a room filled with vanilla beans. He said the Brownie was really nice. &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div class="separator"&gt;I scream, you scream we all scream……. Ice cream! What’s that? &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator"&gt;Three delicious scoops of serendipity ice cream served with two toppings? Yes please! The icecream selection is not the same everyday. I don’t remember what icecream flavour I ordered but the toppings were butterscotch sauce with smashed honey comb. &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div class="separator"&gt;Matt ordered the special of the day (recommended by our waiter). It doesn’t look THAT appetizing but it’s probably the angle of this shot. The wagyu steak was a huge portion  and cooked to perfection. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;For those of you who do not know who Jamie Oliver is, I would tell you but then again there’s google. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
